Account deletion

Request deletion of your Team Assist account.

You can start this request even if you no longer have the Team Assist app. We will verify that you control the account before deletion begins.

Email Team Assist support

Use the email address associated with your Team Assist account when possible. Include the account email and state whether you want the entire account deleted or only specific information.

Verify the request

We may ask for limited information to confirm account ownership. Never send your password, verification code, or recovery credentials.

Receive confirmation

We will confirm the request, explain any information that must be retained for a legitimate reason, and notify you when processing is complete.

What the request covers

A verified full-account deletion request covers the Team Assist account and associated user data in active systems, including account details, athlete profiles managed by that account, user-directed connections, and related service records, unless limited retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or another disclosed legitimate purpose.

Temporary backup copies may remain until they expire under scheduled backup retention. They are not used for ordinary service activity.

Team Assist currently does not offer a paid subscription through Google Play. If payment features are added later, canceling a subscription and deleting an account may be separate actions and this page will be updated.
