Team Assist keeps families connected to their coaches and trainers. Parents, guardians, and adult athletes use it to stay on top of training sessions, assignments, announcements, and availability — all in one place. Connect with the invite code your coach or trainer sends you, and their schedule updates flow straight to your phone.

For parents, guardians, and adult athletes
See upcoming sessions and respond to them, complete assignments and add reflections, submit weekly availability, read announcements, and message your coach or trainer directly.

Connected by invite code
A family joins only when a coach or trainer sends them an invite code. There is no public directory and no way to be added by a stranger.
Email we send
Team Assist sends transactional email only.
Every message Team Assist sends is triggered by something the recipient did in the app, using an address they entered themselves. There are three kinds:
- Account verification codes. A six-digit code sent when someone creates a Team Assist account, to confirm the address belongs to them.
- Password reset codes. A six-digit code sent only when the account holder asks to reset their password.
- Connection notices. Confirmation that a coach or trainer invitation has been accepted, sent to the person who entered the invite code.
We do not send marketing email, newsletters, promotions, or bulk campaigns. We do not buy, rent, scrape, or import address lists, and we never email an address that its owner did not type into the app themselves. Bounces and complaints are added to a suppression list automatically and are not retried.

Who can use Team Assist
Team Assist is for adults.
Coaches, trainers, parents, guardians, and adult athletes use Team Assist. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Athletes under 18 never use the app themselves — the adults in their lives manage their training information on their behalf. Team Assist does not collect dates of birth or ages for any athlete.
