1. Adults only

Team Assist is for adults. Coaches, trainers, parents, guardians, and adult athletes use Team Assist. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the app. Athletes under 18 never use Team Assist directly — the adults in their lives manage their training information on their behalf. By using Team Assist you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect dates of birth or ages for any athlete.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your sign-in credentials private. Connections between coaching staff and families are created only by invitation codes that you exchange directly; do not share an invitation code with anyone other than its intended recipient.

3. Acceptable use

Use Team Assist only to organize training, scheduling, availability, assignments, and related communication. Do not use it to harass anyone, to submit information about another person without their authorization, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

4. Content and communication

Messages, announcements, and training records you create are visible to the connected adults on the other side of each connection. Every chat participant is an adult account holder; nothing in a connection is hidden from the adult who claimed it.

5. Availability and changes

Team Assist is provided as-is and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.

6. Privacy and deletion

How information is handled is described in the privacy policy. You can remove athletes, messages, and connections in the app, and delete your account entirely from the account-deletion page.
